I use taskpaper because it is real simple. It´s like writing it on notepad or something except that you can use tags, grupo into projectsand stuff like that which to me is awesome!. I did use Things, but i ended up ditching it because it used more memory than Taskpaper, and i couldn´t print todo lists but only on a project. Plus I found it a little too complicated.

So for me it's Taskpaper. But if you really want to use Things you can find great info con cracking it on www.codez4mac.com. You need to register and post at least 9 times in order to get access to the REAL search results.

Cheers

Yo Gremps I have a question....does TaskPaper have a calendar/schedule/alarms kind of tools or is it just a mark/unmark tasks app? I could really rely on something like Things but I'm not willing to buy it at that price...

What's your suggestion?

And again, great blog my friend, very interesting site!

You are correct Roldan, the whole thing is run by 3rd worlders, but that is no excuse! Toyota is Toyota and if it is run by a bunch of butt-sniffing-monkeys and HQ doesn't do something about it well in a way they are allowing this to happen.

And the peso devaluation thing hit everybody the same. I mean Honda had the problem Mazda ford everybody else had to deal with a weak peso. And you don't see them marketing Ford Flex's or Crosstours for fifteen-fucking-minutes then saying:

oh shoot! we messed up on our fesability analisys, because the dude in charge of that has the same IQ as his shoe size.

Don´t buy a new Toyota. Get another car who´s company isn't ran by butt-sniffing-monkeys...oh, hi Chrysler!

Dude! this is hilarious!!!! I don't get it how they dare to call to tell you thay fucked-up! "Oohh yes sir, we fucked up just a little bit , but dont worry now you will have to pay for that!" jajajaja That what happens when a japanese company is runned by 3er world-ers, like us!

About the pricing, it was all about the peso devaluation, about 50% in the worst moment, now 25%. The Rush SUV, actually didn't got to market they've got 50 of them just before devaluation. After that, the business case went to hell. They sell them all between employees thats why you can see them rarely on the streets in Mexico.

I own OmniFocus. I'm a big fan of Omni's owning almost all of them. I used OmniFocus for several months until I finally tried Things. It was easier to use, for me, than OmniFocus. What I liked immediately about things was its use of tags.

I'm a big fan of tagging, so much so that I use Leap and Yep for tagging files in my OSX file system instead of just relying on the old, outdated, limited, folder hierarchy.

Even with tagging in Things, the simple process of entering and organizing just felt too complicated for what should be an easy experience. Just like OmniFocus, I was taken in by the beautiful user interface. I since learned that a whiz-bang UI doesn't necessarily mean I getting the best procedural workflow.

Then I came across TaskPaper. Initially I was taken aback by the total lack of a UI. It looked like just typed notes. I started testing it. Holy cow! This was slick! It behaved just like I when I used to use pen and paper. Even the formatting was exactly the same. A simple "outline" format, period. Yet I can also use tags, just like with Things.

I bought TaskPaper immediately. I even use it for general system-wide notes.

Combining TaskPaper with the file tagging apps Leap and Yep is a match made in heaven.

Used is good. Corollas are very good, quality made cars. What I am not happy with is Toyota's pricing policy and Toyota Financial Services. If ur gonna get a USED Corolla by al menas go ahead, you've already saved yourself the hassle of dealling with Toyota Financial Services.

Go ahead bro! Get the car! It's a good car!
